The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Slovenia is based in Durbanville, Cape Town and its consular district covers the entire Republic of South Africa.

The Honorary Consulate is entrusted with the tasks of:

• promoting all-round cooperation between Slovenia and South Africa
• expanding links between Slovenia and South Africa in the fields of commerce, tourism, culture, science, education
  and sport
• taking care of public relations and normal consular tasks
• providing assistance to Slovenian citizens in South Africa
